AI Agents

Early access

Agents that know your warehouse, because they read it live

Seven agents, each aimed at a decision ops teams make every day. They read your real WMS and OMS data, suggest the fix and leave the final call to a person.
AI operations agent
  1. Ask in plain language.
  2. The agent reads live order, stock and ledger data.
  3. It flags what's at risk, and why.
  4. Early access: join the waitlist to shape it.

How every agent works

Signal → Reason → Act → Learn

The same loop, with the same guardrails, behind every agent.

  1. 01

    Signal

Reads live orders, stock lots, ledgers and picklists. No exports, no stale copies.

  2. 02

    Reason

Ranks risks and options using your rules: FEFO, client scope, carrier cut-offs.

  3. 03

    Act

Drafts the picklist, move list or reorder, and a person approves it.

  4. 04

    Learn

Every approval and override is logged, so the next suggestion is sharper.

Exception & SLA agent

Finds the orders that will miss today's ship-by, and why, before the truck leaves.

The problem today

Business value
Protects marketplace ratings and Buy Box eligibility, and cuts penalty fees.

Guardrails

Built so operators stay in charge

  • Human in the loop

Agents draft. People approve anything that changes stock, orders or carriers.

  • Scoped like your users

An agent only sees the clients and warehouses the person using it can see.

  • Every step logged

Suggestions, approvals and overrides go to the audit log next to every other stock movement.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are the AI agents live?

The exception & SLA agent and the ops assistant are in early access with selected customers. The other agents are on the roadmap, and we label each one clearly.

Will an agent change my stock or orders on its own?

No. Agents suggest and draft. Every action that changes stock or orders goes through a person and is recorded in the audit log.

Where does the agent get its data?

From your own Waretech WMS and OMS: orders, lots, bins, ledgers and channel status, scoped to the user's clients and warehouses.

Are the impact numbers guaranteed?

No. They are design targets we are building towards, not measured results. We'll publish measured results from early-access customers as they come in.
