Retail & apparel

Retail and apparel warehouse management for size, colour and season

Thousands of size and colour variants, seasonal drops and returns, each tracked as a lot with the attributes you define.
Dynamic SKU attributes
  1. Define attributes per product group as text, number, date or a pick list.
  2. At goods inward, every attribute is captured for each line received.
  3. Each unique set of values becomes its own stock lot.
  4. Putaway keeps lots apart. A bin never mixes expiry dates.
  5. Lots keep their attributes through bin moves, putbacks and returns.
  6. Correct a value later, and the change is written to the audit log.

What changes

Problems Retail & apparel teams bring to us

  1. Variants explode the SKU count

Dynamic attributes per product group: size, colour, season

  2. Returns pile up unsorted

Returns graded good or damaged and put back to the right bin

  3. Wrong size goes in the box

Scan-to-pack blocks anything not on the picklist

Attributes you'll track

Every lot carries what matters to you

  • Size
  • Colour
  • Season
  • Fit

Modules

What you'll use

  • Dynamic SKU attributes

Define your own attributes per product group, captured at goods inward and carried by every stock lot.

  • Returns, RTO & putback

Returns come back good or damaged and land in the right bin. Cancelled picks go back to stock.

  • Scan-to-pack with auto AWB

Every item is scan-checked against the picklist and the AWB is generated on pack completion.

  • Volumetric putaway

Bins that already hold the SKU fill first, then the next bin by free volume. Expiry dates never mix in a bin.

  • Channel stock rules

Share %, safety buffer, max quantity and send-zero-below, set per channel.

  • Lot-level stock ledger

Every movement from GRN to return is logged, so closing stock for any date is one report away.
