    Recurring setups are defined as kits, so availability for a date is clear from component stock.

    Check-in, good or damaged

    Items returning from a venue come back through returns and are put back to a sellable or damaged bin.

    Shelf-life first

    Perishable supplies carry dates, and picking uses the earliest first.
