Pingo Play: one stock pool for every channel

Selling the same toys on a Shopify store and several marketplaces means one wrong count can oversell everywhere. Pingo Play keeps a single stock number in Waretech and lets channel rules decide what each storefront sees.

Modules used

  • Channel stock rules
  • Kits & combos
  • Order sync ledger
  • Shopify & Amazon

The challenge

  • The same stock sold on its own store and on several marketplaces
  • Gift sets and bundles alongside single toys
  • Peak-season spikes around festivals and sales

What changed

  1. 01

    Channel stock rules

Shopify and Amazon are connected with a safety buffer, share % and send-zero threshold, so no channel can oversell.

  2. 02

    Bundles without pre-packing

Gift sets are virtual kits, so availability is calculated live from the toys inside them.

  3. 03

    Sync ledger for every order

Marketplace orders are tracked from receipt to fulfilment, and anything that fails is parked with a reason and requeued.
