Why teams switch
The four things that go wrong at 6 pm, fixed
We've stood on dispatch docks for two decades. These are the problems we built Waretech to remove, not just report on.
- 01
You sold stock you didn't have
Three marketplaces, one shelf, and inventory updated by hand at 6 pm.
Every channel sees the same live number
Stock pushes automatically with your buffer, share % and send-zero rules.
- 02
The wrong mug went in the box
Pickers work from memory, and returns arrive a week later.
Wrong items get blocked at the packing desk
Every unit is scanned against the picklist before the AWB prints.
- 03
Short-dated stock reached a customer
Nobody checks expiry when the dispatch truck is waiting.
The system picks the earliest valid expiry
FEFO with an outbound tolerance. Expired lots are flagged dead automatically.
- 04
Someone picks the warehouse by gut feel
Orders get split, shipped from too far away, or stuck waiting for stock.
Each order goes to the first warehouse that can ship it complete
Ranked by pincode and scored on free stock, before anyone touches it.
One platform, three jobs
Everything between 'order placed' and 'out for delivery'
Pick a product to see exactly how it works. These are moving diagrams of the real logic, not mood videos.
Volumetric putaway
LiveHow does the system know which bin to use?
Follow one order
From checkout to courier in four moves
Scroll to follow a real order path through allocation, stock and packing.
- Authenticate once. Every call is scoped to your client account.
- POST the order with the ship-to pincode and order lines.
- Duplicate document numbers are rejected, so retries are safe.
- The response shows every warehouse considered and its fulfil %.
- Track, cancel or check live stock per warehouse through the same API.
- 01
An order arrives
Through Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart or your own system via the Client API. Duplicates are rejected, so retries are safe.
- 02
It finds its warehouse
Kits are broken into parts. The pincode's ranked warehouses are scored, and the first that can ship 100% wins.
- 03
Stock moves, and is logged
Picklists deduct the exact lot. Every movement lands in the ledger, so on-hand is always explainable.
- 04
Packed, checked, labelled
Every unit is scanned against the picklist. Mis-picks are blocked, and the AWB is generated when packing completes.
Manage any product
One WMS for medicines, T-shirts and phone cases
Most systems hard-code batch and expiry. In Waretech you define the attributes each product group needs. Every stock lot carries them, from goods inward to the customer's door and back.

Toys & ecommercePingo Play: one stock pool for every channel

FAQ
Questions operators ask us
What is a WMS, and do I need one if I already use Shopify or an ERP?
A warehouse management system tracks where every unit physically is (bin, lot, expiry) and runs receiving, putaway, picking, packing and dispatch. Shopify and most ERPs only know how many units you have, not where they are or which lot to ship. Waretech sits between your storefronts and your shelves.
Which marketplaces and storefronts do you integrate with?
Shopify and Amazon (10 marketplaces including Amazon.in) are live. Flipkart is in early access. WooCommerce, Magento and Meesho are on the roadmap. Any other system can push orders and read stock through our Client Integration API.
Can I run multiple warehouses or multiple client brands?
Yes. Waretech is multi-warehouse and multi-client by design. Each order is routed to the best warehouse for its pincode, and 3PL users only see the clients and facilities they are assigned to.
How do you prevent overselling across channels?
Warehouse stock is the single source of truth. For each channel you set a safety buffer, share of stock, maximum quantity and a send-zero threshold, and updates push automatically whenever stock changes.
We sell products with expiry dates. How is that handled?
Expiry is captured at goods inward and travels with every lot. Picking is FEFO (earliest valid expiry first), lots inside your outbound tolerance are skipped, and expired stock is flagged as dead automatically.
How long does it take to go live?
It depends on the number of warehouses, SKUs and channels. Most of the work is mapping your layout and SKUs, which we do with you. Book a demo and we'll give you a realistic plan for your operation.
