WMS

Every bin, lot and unit, accounted for

From the dock to the dispatch lane: receive against POs, put away by volume, pick the earliest valid expiry, scan every unit into the box and keep a ledger of every move.
How stock is managed
  1. Goods inward receives 120 units and splits good from damaged.
  2. The putaway queue assigns bins. Confirming adds the stock to the ledger.
  3. An order is allocated, and stock is deducted the moment its picklist is generated.
  4. Items are scan-inspected, packed and dispatched with an AWB.
  5. Returns come back as good or damaged and are put back to the right bin.
  6. Every movement lands in the inbound or outbound ledger.

Modules

Everything a warehouse floor needs, live today

  • Purchase orders & goods inward

Receive against POs, split good and damaged on the dock, and reject stock that arrives too close to expiry.

  • Volumetric putaway

Bins that already hold the SKU fill first, then the next bin by free volume. Expiry dates never mix in a bin.

  • Facility, zone, row and bin layout

Model the building in minutes with bulk bin creation and printable bin barcodes.

  • Dynamic SKU attributes

Define your own attributes per product group, captured at goods inward and carried by every stock lot.

  • FEFO / FIFO with expiry tolerance

Earliest valid expiry ships first. Expired stock is flagged dead automatically.

  • Lot-level stock ledger

Every movement from GRN to return is logged, so closing stock for any date is one report away.

  • Pack hierarchy (UOM)

Cases, inners and eaches. Allocation draws from the largest pack first.

  • Kits & combos

Sell bundles without pre-assembling them. Kit availability is calculated live from components.

  • Scan-to-pack with auto AWB

Every item is scan-checked against the picklist and the AWB is generated on pack completion.

  • Dispatch, manifest & documents

Invoices, delivery challans, packing slips and shipping labels, in single or bulk prints.

  • Returns, RTO & putback

Returns come back good or damaged and land in the right bin. Cancelled picks go back to stock.

  • Multi-client, multi-warehouse

Run many brands across many buildings, with each user scoped to their clients and facilities.

  • Action-level permissions & audit logs

Decide who can generate picklists, confirm, ship or edit, and see who did what.

How it works

The logic, shown step by step

Press play, pause or click any step. These are diagrams of the real rules in the product.

How does the system know which bin to use?

Bins know their size from their row, minus a free-space buffer. Products know their L × W × H. Putaway fills bins that already hold the SKU first, then spills the remainder to the next bin by free volume.

How can one WMS handle medicines, T-shirts and phone cases?

You decide what to track for each product group: batch, expiry, shade, size, grade, anything. Values are captured at goods inward, and each unique combination becomes its own stock lot that keeps its attributes for life.

How do you never ship short-dated stock?

Every lot carries its expiry date. Expired lots are flagged dead, lots inside your outbound tolerance are skipped, and the earliest valid expiry is picked first. Lots with no expiry date fall back to FIFO by receipt date.

How do mis-picks get caught?

Packers scan the order, then every item. Anything not on the picklist is rejected before it reaches the box. When the order is complete, the AWB is generated automatically and the label prints.

How do you sell bundles without pre-packing them?

A kit is a recipe, not a box on a shelf. Kit availability is calculated live from its scarcest component, and kit orders explode into component picks.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does the WMS support batch, expiry and serial tracking?

Yes. Batch and expiry are attributes you define per product group. Expiry drives FEFO picking and dead-stock flagging, and serial labels can be printed per unit at putaway.

Can we run several warehouses and several client brands?

Yes. Facilities, clients and users are scoped, so each user only sees the clients and warehouses they are assigned to.

Do we need handheld scanners?

Packing works with any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner on the web app. Bin labels, putaway lists and picklists all print with barcodes.

How is stock kept accurate?

Every receipt, move, pick, pack, dispatch and return writes a ledger entry. Stock is deducted at picklist generation, and a negative-stock guard rolls back any order that would overdraw a lot.
