OMS

Every channel, one queue, one stock number

Shopify, Amazon and Flipkart orders land in one ledger, route to the right warehouse and push tracking back, while every storefront sees stock it can actually ship.
Channel stock rules
  1. WMS on-hand stock is the single source of truth.
  2. A safety buffer holds back units for damages and offline orders.
  3. Share % and max quantity decide what each channel sees.
  4. Updates push to Shopify, Amazon and Flipkart automatically.
  5. Below your threshold, every channel gets zero, so you can't oversell.

How it works

From checkout to the right shelf

What happens when a marketplace order fails?

Every marketplace order is tracked step by step. Orders that can't be processed (an unmapped SKU, an unserviceable pincode) are parked with a reason, never silently dropped, and can be requeued in one click.

How does an order pick its warehouse?

Kits are broken into components, then each warehouse ranked for the ship-to pincode is scored on how much of the order it can ship from free stock. The first one that can ship it all gets the order, so you don't split shipments or oversell.

How do brands and ERPs plug in?

A token-scoped REST API to create and auto-allocate orders, cancel, push SKUs and read live per-warehouse stock. Duplicate document numbers are rejected, so retries are safe.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does the OMS stop overselling?

Warehouse stock is the single source of truth. For each channel connection you set a safety buffer, share of stock, max quantity and a send-zero threshold, and updates push automatically.

What happens to orders that fail?

They're parked in the order sync ledger with a reason, such as an unmapped SKU or a pincode mismatch. Fix the cause and requeue. An hourly digest flags anything still stuck.

Can orders be routed to the nearest warehouse?

Yes. Each pincode maps to up to three ranked warehouses, and the order goes to the first one that can ship it complete from free stock.
